History

Springfield children and Shelbyville children competed over comic books, each clutching their favorite issues while additional comics flew through the air and lay scattered across the ground. Among the titles in circulation were Radioactive Man, Radiation Dude, Itchy & Scratchy, Captain Squid, Duck!, Leopard Lady, Mittens Jr, Ghost Zone, Lasik Lad, Worker & Parasite, Major Mollusk, and Biclops as the children argued and struggled to claim the books for themselves.
