The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor is a tattoo parlor in Springfield. Established in 1973, it has an outlet on 434 East Street, and another at the Springfield Mall.

History

Bart got his '"MOTH" Tattoo from Mervin Monroe while the rest of the family were shopping. Marge drags Bart out of the shop and gets it removed at a Dermatology Clinic a few shops down from the Tattoo Parlor, costing all the Christmas money.

The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor appeared in the opening sequence of Eye On Springfield, where news anchor Kent Brockman was shown receiving a tattoo from Mervin Monroe.
