History

During the judging of the Springfield Film Festival, Mr. Burns revealed that he had bribed judges to support his movie A Burns for All Seasons, claiming he had used the same tactic during the Miss Teen America pageant. He displayed a newspaper headline reading "Incontinent Old Man Wins Miss Teen America," implying that corruption and vote-buying had allowed him to win the beauty contest.
