History

God asked Homer if St. Louis still had a football team, but Homer informed Him that they had moved to Phoenix.

When Homer was creating New Springfield, he said to the residents that they could now just sit back and wait for an NFL franchise. A representative of the Arizona Cardinals then started to talk with Homer, but he quickly refused him.
