Francisco Humberto Vélez Montiel (born March 30, 1955), better known as Humberto Vélez, is a Mexican actor. He voices Homer Simpson in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Simpsons and the Latin American Spanish short Te Deseo Lo Mejor. He will voice Bumblebee Man in the upcoming season 37 episode "¡The Fall Guy-Yi-Yi!".
