JCPenney's is a clothing store that used to be in Springfield Mall.

History

After the Mayor's dad was murdered at the mall, business dropped significantly and the JCPenny's closed. The space was them filled with kiosks that were selling Persian CDs and candles. When Lisa won the 12th Annual Big Science Thing, she received a gift certificate to the store. The Springfield Mall has since been repaired, but it is unknown wether or not the JCPenny's returned.
