	Cecil Terwilliger! What, ah, brings you into my office, which is where I am even though I was just walking around on a sidewalk.
	I've come to discuss the deplorable state of this town's roads. Have you seen how many potholes they have?
	No. I always sit in the back of my car while my driver drives me, and the windows are very tinted.
	Well, they're bad. I can barely drive without spilling my claret. We should take some of the money from the town's treasury to finance their repaving.
	Er uh...no can do. That money is all earmarked to build a clubhouse for billionaires. We need to keep them happy — they're keeping the economy afloat!
	Because they pay a lot of taxes?
	No, billionaires don't pay taxes. But they do pay bribes. And I need the money from those bribes to repair my boat, The Economy.
	Hmm, perhaps I should talk to these billionaires about our roads then. Where can I find them?
	At their club, which I'm now putting you in charge of building.
	Building?! Like with my hands?
	No, like with money. Now if you'll, er, excuse me I need to work on The Economy.
