So Much For Retirement is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 24 content update. It requires Moleman to have been bought.

Hans Moleman Help me, Doc -- women find me intimidating. Can you ugly me up a bit so they'll be comfortable around me?
Dr. Hibbert A little cosmetic surgery? Absolutely! I'll just need to see proof of insurance.
Hans Moleman Insurance? That's that thing everyone needs but only people with jobs get.
Task: "Make Moleman Clean the Power Plant". The job takes place at the Cooling Towers and takes 8 hours.
Task: "Make Moleman Provide Security". The job takes place at a Krusty Burger and takes 6 hours.
Task: "Make Moleman Flip Burgers". The job takes place at a Krusty Burger and takes 12 hours.
