Joe Frazier (born January 12th, 1944) is a former professional wrestler. He appears as himself in "Brother, Can You Spare Two Dimes?" where he presents Homer with the First Annual Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence. Frazier appears again in Homer's Paternity Coot.
