Convention Retention is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 56 content update. It requires the Convention Center to be obtained.

It's going to take a lot of bake sales to make up the difference. Task: "Make Skinner Plan Two Hundred Bake Sales". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary and takes 4 hours.
