Tango de la Muerte is a Mexican romantic dance film.

History[edit]

Eduardo and Lisabella win the dance competition.

Marge and Lisa saw the movie at the cinema in Springfield Mall. After the film, Lisa became entranced by the character of Lisabella, which led to her wanting to become a dancer.

Plot[edit]

At some point prior to the start of the film, Eduardo had his foot severed and later reattached. After having his foot reattached, he decided that he must win the coveted dance title of "Loco Legs." He went to choose a partner and settled on Lisabella, a plain and bookish woman. Eduardo then began dancing with Lisabella, which revealed that she was also beautiful.

Eduardo and Lisabella advanced in the dance competition, and Eduardo realized that there was only one dance that would secure their victory: the Tango de la Muerte. Lisabella then told Eduardo that only one man had ever danced it before, and he was dead. Eduardo revealed that the man was his brother, Freduardo. He and Lisabella danced together and won the competition. After the dance, he told Lisabella that she was now carrying his child. When she asked how, he said it was the mystery of the dance.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

Tango de la Muerte is a parody of the movie Strictly Ballroom.
