Deranged scientist, Mad Doctor Itchy created his own monster, Frankenscratchy, which he uses for cruel "experiments" as excuses to sate his violent tendencies.

Just like his regular persona, Mad Doctor Itchy is a psychotic sadist that loves to inflict pain and suffering on other characters.
