Railing On is a quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Dilapidated Rail Yard content update. It requires the Springfield Dump to be owned but the Rail Yard to not be owned. This was accomplished by starting the Monorail content update but not obtaining the final prize of Act 3.
