After completing Pt. 1 Task: "Upgrade a Deluxe Condo to Level 4". Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 3

After completing Pt. 2 Task: "Upgrade a Deluxe Condo to Level 5". Quest reward: 2,500 and 250
