After tapping on Otto's exclamation mark Hey Otto Mann, what's going on? Not a whole lot, little dude. I'm bored out of my skull! There's nothing to do in this town! What about your guitar? Oh yeah, I left it in the bus. Thanks, little dude. Task: "Make Otto Jam on the Guitar". It takes place at the School Bus and takes 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10
