David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his role as Niles Crane on Fraiser. He voiced Cecil Terwilliger in the season 8 episode "Brother from Another Series" and in the season 19 episode "Funeral for a Fiend" and also himself in the season 26 episode "Clown in the Dumps".

Sideshow Bob, Cecil's brother, is voiced by Kelsey Grammer who yet again played David Hyde Pierce's character's brother as Frasier Crane on Frasier.
