Turkey is a country in Asia. Its capital city is Ankara. The cities of Istanbul and Kahramanmaraş are also located within the country.

History

After Marge and Homer chase down Bart and Lisa, who had taken Homer's RV so that him and Marge would stop fighting, the family ended up on a Turkish import ship at a dock in Springfield.

In order to help the Lovejoy's marriage, Moe once got Helen Lovejoy to buy two tickets for a romantic train ride on the Turkish Express.
