- A banner hangs saying: "America: Most Powerful Country in the World". As the years go by, the banner becomes more ragged as past characters pop in randomly and often have the family surprised. Eventually, Homer and Bart take down the banner and hang up a new one saying "Too Big to Fail. We Hope". Maggie is then seen holding a China flag.
