The episode starts when the gym teacher goes and tells everyone she's returning in the fall as their woodshop teacher.Then a new teacher who's obessed with bombordment becomes the teacher.When Bart has enough he possibly steals a ball and fills it with water and puts it in the freezer.The next morning he tries to throw it at the gym teacher but instead destroys groundskeeper Willie's house.Later Marge feeling sympathy for Willie let's him stay with her family
