Flanders' pet woodpecker

Featured in A Tale of Two Springfields it's name was unknown, after figuring out that badgers like to eat woodpeckers Bart asks Todd if he can borrow it Todd replies that he can but he has to return it because that day was it's birthday, Bart brings it over to the doghouse where the badger is hiding it takes a swipe at the woodpecker it flies away and pecks Bart's head and laughs like Woody Woodpecker before getting electrocuted by a bug zapper. It's vocal effects were provided by Frank Welker.
