Kaiser Wilhelm II. was a German emperor. However, his grave is on Springfield Cementary . He supported Billy the Kid, when he terrorised Springfield in Treehouse of Horror XIII. The real Emperor Wilhelm died at age 82 in his Dutch exile, while Adolf Hitler kept him under "Hausarrest" (German for "house detention"). In a non-canon episode of The Simpsons, he appeared on the graveyard of Springfield.
