Bull Moose Elbow Salve is a brand of salve for old men. The bottle has a picture of Theodore Roosevelt on the front.

Declan Desmond found a bottle of it in the medicine cabinet at Burns' Summer Mansion. This led to him questioning why the Simpson family had it.
