The International Olympic Committee chairman is the chairman of the International Olympic Committee.
When the International Olympic Committee were trying to decide which city to host the Olympics in, each country's representative was arguing over why their country should host the games. The chairman then told everyone that he got a letter from a girl in Springfield, who knew the town wasn't important enough to host the Olympics but wanted the torch to pass through the town.
