Fred is voiced by Zorgin. He is a kick ass. He is famous not only for his superhero work but also because he is a retarded welfare bum who lives with his family. Originally thought to be a teenager, he later turned out to be in his 20's.

He is as desirable to the opposite sex as his father Slade. However, he is very desirable to the same sex, as he is loved by both Erwin and Ez.
Future
He is shown in the future, to be one of a few survivors after a bomb. The other one is extremely voluptuous. He spends the rest of his life lusting after her and then dies and goes to hell.
Teeenage Kick Ass
He is the teenage kickass, a moronic ball of poof who beats up a gay dragon.
