A Shrimp in Time Pays Fine is a Radioactive Man comic story first printed in Bongo Super-Heroes.
Plot
Captain Squid diving into the water after he get the mission to patrol the hidden ocean depths. He is disappointed that he never gets praised for he saved the world when he is in the water world. He kicked an anchor on a sunken ship and get hurt. He meeting on the shrimp Chatty and his sister. He eating the girl and Chatty fleeing from him. Chatty pick up his siblings and they're going to eat him but they are stopped by their mother. He tells her why they want to eat him. She does not caring and gives him a bottle of cocktail sauce. They start talking about the kids and it turns out that she is tired on them, they whine and costs money and she consider giving them away them to anyone who wants to raise them. Squid comes with an idea. Two weeks later, he started selling them as pets and they are popular by the kids. Squid friend's congratulate him but he would not telling them how he got the idea.
