Edward John "Eddie" Izzard (born February 7, 1962) is an English actor, comedian, producer, and writer. He voiced Queen Elizabeth II, Nigel Bakerbutcher, and Prince Charles in the season 21 episode "To Surveil with Love". He also contributed to the Ultimate Guide to The Simpsons.
