Pamela Reed is an American voice actress, who has appeared as Ruth Powers in three episodes of The Simpsons: "New Kid on the Block", "Marge on the Lam" and "The Strong Arms of the Ma". Reed's other work includes the film Kindergarten Cop and the CBS series Jericho.
