  • The episode title is a pun on Bad Behaviour.
  • The blackboard text is a reference to the FXX 13-days marathon, showing all the first 600th episodes of the show in a row.
  • Grampa mentions the upcoming dating website gravedate.
  • Matt Leinart played a Heisman Trophy Trivial Pursuit.
  • The scene showing Grampa with his father is done in the old black and white Popeye cartoons style.
  • Homer sings a version of the chorus of the Steely Dan's song Dirty Work.
  • At the end of the episode, the message "We'll miss you Vin Scully" appears, as he retired from his sports broadcaster career this year.

Trivia

  • This is the first episode that is now produced by Fox Television Animation after Film Roman ended their production. But remained uncredited.
  • The couch gag part where the television slides down some media equipment continues in the episode itself.

Goofs

  • The kitchen table is out of sight when Homer walks across the kitchen singing, but it reappears on the next scene.
  • When Grampa tells Homer that his girlfriend is pregnant, the number on his door disappears.
