Simpsons Comics and Stories was a special publication of Simpsons Illustrated which was published four times a year by Welsh Publishing Group Inc. before Bongo Comics Group was formed. Its success led to the decision to form Bongo Comics Group and to stop publication of Simpsons Illustrated.
