The Mystery Box was an in-game object available in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, which gave the player random prizes for

The Mystery Box was replaced by the Revised Mystery Box in the content update on April 1, 2015. The Revised Mystery Box offers better prices than the old Mystery Box.
History
Before Mystery Box was replaced, the player could unlock a free Mystery Box if they accessed the game every day for five days, unless there was a theme on the game at the moment.
