David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his role as Niles Crane on Fraiser. He voiced Cecil Terwilliger in the season 8 episode "Brother from Another Series" and in the season 19 episode "Funeral for a Fiend". He will also voice a character in an upcoming season 26 episode, although it is unknown whether it will be Cecil.

Sideshow Bob, Cecil's brother, is voiced by Kelsey Grammer who yet again played David Hyde Pierce's character's brother as Frasier Crane on Frasier.
