Will There Ever Be a Rainbow? is a book authored by Mr. Burns. When he begins to write it, he instead wants someone else to write the book, but since the author wanted to know if he has had sexual relations with a celebrity, he decides to write the story himself. He soon finishes the story, and gives the Simpsons a copy of the finished product (As a gift for Bart for giving him blood), with the new title: "Will There Ever Be a Rainbow?" In The Old Man and the Lisa, Lisa shows the book to Mr. Burns, saying that says that he has less money then he thinks.
