The Homer Humiliator is an original invention made by Bart to, as the name says, humiliate Homer.
History
When looking for ideas for their science fair project, Bart shows the idea to Martin, with a negative response. Instead, they build a Robopet - a robotic baby seal. Soon, the Robopets are in high demand from the elderly people of the Springfield Retirement Castle. Bart soon has enough money to build his Homer Humiliator. When it humiliates Homer, he is puzzled as to why it would do such a thing.
