Duff Stadium is the stadium where the Springfield Isotopes play baseball. Homer held his hunger strikes here when he learned the Isotopes were moving to Alburquerque. The Isotopes were considered a rubbish team until they won the pennant. It is owned by Howard K. Duff VIII. In Dancing Homer, the Isotopes play in Springfield War Memorial Stadium, an old, decrepit stadium. It can be assumed that Duff Stadium replaced it at some point after that episode.
