Nero's Palace is a casino in Las Vegas. When Homer and Ned go there they end up marrying waitresses they met in the bar while drunk. Gunter and Ernst and their tiger Anastasia also appear to work there.

Behind the Laughter

It is a parody of Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Nero, a descendant and fellow Roman Emperor of Augustus Caesar, was known for being the Emperor who "fiddled while Rome burned" as well as his brutality towards the early Christians and members of his own immediate family.
