The book is one of the "25 Books to Read Before You're Murdered", a list of crime novels that Chief Wiggum got a librarian to compile.
Behind the Laughter
The title is a reference to Truman Capote's Template:In Cold Blood, and makes reference to Borscht, a popular soup dish eaten in many central and eastern European countries.
