Affiliation...or not

Hmm... Just kind of thinking whether we should allow other ShoutWiki sites to affiliate with us. Especially as they are not-Simpsons. I was very reluctant to make an article on NIWA and I may still delete the article. I guess we could just link yo you and you could do the same to us. So, that's a yes then.
