Chupo's Candy Store is a place that was being robbed while Bart walked in to buy some candy. The robbery was stopped when Bart makes a "Homer", and knocks out the thief. The store owner, Mr. Chupo, is a very rewarding person, as he gives Bart $10,000 worth of candy
