Tomorrow's New Horizons Rehab Center and General Rotten Time Ranch is a rehab center in Springfield.
History
When Bart pulled a prank where he glued Krusty the Clown masks to the faces of teachers at Springfield Elementary School, he was sentenced to 28 days at the rehab center. He tried to put thumb tacks on the chair for the doctor there but he called Marge in and told her to sit down instead. Bart stopped her before she got hurt, which was the first step in his treatment, showing empathy.
The rehab center also made Bart go and apologize to everyone his pranks had affected.
