Principal Simpson! is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #38.
Plot
After Bart squirts mustard and ketchup, Superintendent Chalmers scolds Principal Skinner for his incompetence and decides that the next day, Skinner and Bart will switch roles for a day because he believes anyone could be a better principal than Skinner. The school day starts and Edna leave Skinner alone with the kids, who start bullying him. Meanwhile Bart is in the office and is doing a good job.
