Funeral For A Fiend?
This article states that the character Gina Vendetti appeared in the episode A Funeral For A Fiend. However, having watched this episode in its entirety, this seems not to be the case. Even during the funeral scenes, which would be the most likely to feature such a cameo, Gina Vendetti is not recognizably visible.
