Is it necessary or not?
Episode titles of season 1-28 containing apostrophe or other "strange" characters are encoded ('). Since season 29 apostrophes are not. This suggest me the earlier encoding was useless. --2F13 (talk) 03:10, November 4, 2018 (EST)
