House of No Refunds is a store seen in Springfield Mall
History
The store can be seen when the two army recruiters are attempting to recruit Jimbo, Dolph, and Kearney, and the three refuse. Later on, the store can be seen again when Homer is unsuccessfully attempting to gain recruits for the army.[1]
House of No Refunds sits beside Miscellaneous, another store which is beside The Sole Provider, the store where the bullies work.
