It's an art machine. You plug it into an wall socket. You place a photo or illustration on the plexiglas and lay a sheet of paper on top of that. Using a soft pencil follow the lines revaled by the light. It cost $4.98 plus $2.95 shipping and handling. Light bulb and plexiglas not included.
