1) That is unrelated to the episode. It doesn't belong on that article. At best, it would be on the References in other media page. However 2) It's not that much popular culture. If we were to add every Simpsons reference in YouTube videos etc. the page would be huge. Only the really well known things get references on the page. If the media has a Wikipedia page, it should get a mention else, likely not. 3) Continuity is definitely not the right section. Continuity is for references to other Simpsons episodes.
