Pete Za Party is a The Simpsons Winter Wingding story that appears in The Simpsons Winter Wingding #8.
Mr. Burns dressing up as an undercover employee for a TV show but being recognized by all except Homer that starts in front of Burns and TV cameras talking about what he thinks of the workplace. Burns gets angry when he hears what Homer says, and after he understands that everyone agrees with him, he decides to do about the workplace so that they are happy over to working at the power plant.
