Picture Day is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #16. The comic later got reprinted in the Big Beefy Book of Bart Simpson and the Bart Simpson Annual 2011.
Plot
Bart shaves Milhouse's hair after he gets bubble gum in it, however this causes a big problem - it's picture day.
