William Donald "Don" Payne (May 5, 1964 – March 26, 2013) was an American film and television producer and writer, best know for writing the films My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006), Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), and Thor (2011). On the show, he co-wrote episodes with John Frink and remained on the show as a consulting producer until his death, caused by bone cancer, in March 2013, aged 48.[1]
