Blazing Guy is an annual week-long event held in a desert since 1986.

History

The Simpson family went to Blazing Guy for a vacation, while Bart and Milhouse went there to embarrass their teacher the festival's Ignis for that year, Jack Lassen.

Behind the Laughter

• Blazing Guy is a parody of the Burning Man festival, which The Simpsons director David Silverman attends.
