Bart is forced by Mrs. Krabbappel to do an oral report on Halloween. He then says that Halloween was something he could bullshit about. A first caption shows Homer as a caveman watching dinosaurs eat fellow caveman from the water alive. Bart tells the class/audience that Og (Homer) was not the smartest bone in the pile. The next caption is of Homer as emporer of China and Marty as Marco Polo
